Our current Problem solving Plans are –
1 – Conducting a burglary campaign in the whole of Rutland – targeting offenders & liaising with neighbouring forces. The last burglary dwelling on the south beat was 14th July.
2 – Targeting speeding motorists in Empingham. I have liaised with Rutland County Council & traffic calming measures have now been introduced either side of the village to help reduce speed. Speed enforcement has taken place & since May, 14 Traffic Offence Reports & 61 cautions have been issued. I have also began to start a new community speed watch in the village.
