As a valued member of the community I am writing to you to share details of our current recruitment campaign. I would like to take this opportunity to ask that you promote this within your communities and encourage those interested in a career with us to attend one of the seminars.We are welcoming applicants aged 18-57 from all sections of the community; however we are particularly keen to hear from women and members of minority ethnic groups, so that the force reflects it communities in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.The recruitment seminars will be held across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland throughout May and into early June. Those attending will have the opportunity to find out first-hand what it is like to be a police officer and more about the recruitment process.
