In the ongoing discussion with RCC on the contract with Biffa regarding waste bin emptying, the dog waste bin that was located on the allotments has been removed, and a new bin (taken from the play area) has been installed on the pavement next to Geoff Sewell Close.

This is due to Biffa not emptying any bins not located on the highway.
