Please accept our sincere apologies for the ongoing fire alarm on Sunday night and into the morning. Unlike our intruder alarm, the fire alarm requires personnel from our alarm company to attend the site to check for a fire and reset the alarm. After following up with them today it appears there was a personnel issue and the failsafe back up system did not kick in. They have apologised and have assured us that it will not happen again.
