Education or Welfare Grant Forms 2016

 Applications are invited, from or on behalf of, individuals resident in North Luffenham who are in need of financial assistance for education or other needs. Groups that benefit North Luffenham residents may also apply.

All applications will be dealt with confidentially & are to be received by the Clerk no later than 30^th September 2016.
