DATE FOR YOUR DIARY!
I am planning to organise a Safari Supper in North Luffenham on Saturday April 11th 2015. There have been similar events in the village before so many people will know the format. However if you are new to the village, or have not been on such an event before, don’t worry as full details of how it works and how to join in will be sent to each household in the village shortly.

Yoga Weekend Workshop Sunday 12th October 2014 2 – 4.30pm at Preston Village Hall
How Can Yoga Help Weightloss?
Yoga can be used as a physical exercise – just like any other… but in this workshop we’ll also look at the other aspects of yoga that can truly alter patterns of behaviour linked to comfort eating and image perceptions. Not all serious and sweaty – we’ll take a lighthearted view at accepting ourselves as we are and develop strategies to embrace change in a fun and loving way.
Do Yoga! Weekend Workshops are great for new and existing students. Those already attending classes can learn a fresh application for yoga or inspire their home practice. They are ‘stand alone’ classes, taught from the basics up, and are ideal for people new to yoga – so why not come along and give it a try?
They are fantastic value at £15 per 2 1/2 hour session.
Please contact Deb King here to book
PLEASE BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT – ONLY 16 PLACES AVAILABLE.
