Due to many misunderstandings, it has become clear that the document needed it’s headings updated so the items can accurately reflect where money has been spent.
The figures haven’t changed at all, just the headings, so hopefully will now be easier for everyone to see where the Trust money has been spent. We have added two headings ‘General Admin’ and a section for the ‘Woodland Walk’ in which was previously looped in with the Allotments however, for transparency, it now has its own section.
Budgets agreed at the meeting on the 18th of December 2024.
Please see attached for Decembers meeting. The agenda was posted on the noticeboards last week.
Could you help out on bonfire night by collecting donations in a bucket. Bonfire night is a big event for the parish and the bucket collection funds the costs involved. You don’t have to bring your own bucket, you will be pleased to hear, and a high viz jacket is provided.
If interested please contact Malcolm malcolmforbes@northluffenham.org.uk
Preparations are well underway for the North Luffenham Bonfire Night, to be held as usual on 5th November (weather depending)
Bonfire will be lit at 6pm, with the fireworks starting at 6:30pm approximately
Entry will be free, as always, but please bring cash for donations. The fireworks are funded entirely by the bucket collection, and so the more you give, the brighter the display next year!

Supporting Documents to be added later tonight
After a long wait, mainly due to the saturated ground conditions, the replacement footbridge over the river Chater is now in place.
